Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 7–21 business days. Pre-order items may take longer — estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may return any item within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unopened condition with all packaging.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
- Damaged or defective items can be exchanged at no extra cost.
